Tignish Run

Tignish Run is the gateway to the Tignish Fisheries Co-op, the first fisheries co-operative established in Canada (1923). Lobster, crab, tuna, and ground fish are landed at this Tignish port, the largest inshore fishing port in the Maritimes and home of the Royal Star Seafoods processing plant.
