Student report cards are issued three times a year. Parent teacher interviews (3) and reports (3) are scheduled approximately six to eight weeks apart. This is to ensure ongoing contact with parents. We find this frequent contact very helpful for the students. If parents feel the need to contact the teacher/principal, at other times, please feel free to arrange a time through the school secretary. Interviews for students in grades 1 -6 are scheduled with the respective teacher. Grade 7,8 and 9 teachers and other subject teachers will be available for interviews without appointment.
