The Resource Program will see students being offered a range of teaching strategies which will focus on their specific learning needs. Depending on the teacher and the demands of the class, individual instruction on specific skills on a "pull-out model" is available, as well as "in-class support" where the students stay in the class but are supported by the teacher or resource teacher.
For the 2007-08 school year our resource program will have a
number of separate components:
1) Reading Recovery
2) Literacy Coach
3) Literacy Support (Grade 1,2,3)
4) Resource Support (Grade 4-9)
