Over the past year, the staff has worked with Sherren Morrison at the Department of Education in the development in the Code of Conduct for West Kent School. It is under the umbrella of the District's Caring Places to Learn Policy. The Code was built around the focus on respect and doing our best at all times, in all circumstances, so we have a safe environment for all.

The Code expectations apply to all students, staff, parents, and visitors, to our building. As adults, we do our best teaching when we model the desired behaviours for our children/students. We ask all of you to adhere to school rules and policies, so our students can learn to be respectful and to act in a responsible manner.
