Looking for Tech Support?

1. Students Achieve Help

 

a. Check out our SAS help pages with tutorial sheets developed with specific activities in mind.

b. Talk to your in-school SAS contact person if you have technical or training issues. If they cannot solve the issue, they will make contact with the appropriate board personnel to help them troubleshoot.

c. 2010-2011 School Year: High School level teachers have access to Mark Douglas (Dept of Education) to help them learn to use the software while Junior High teachers have access to Kristin Trace (Western School Board) to help them learn to use the software).

2. For hardware issues:


First talk to your school STC who will try some basic troubleshooting and log the call with the Service Centre if necessary.

    Think before you post!  Your reputation is your most valuable asset now and in the future. 

    Even with every privacy feature enabled on any social media service, you cannot prevent a “friend” from passing on what you have posted.

    Ask yourself: How will what I am posting reflect on me? Will what I’m posting affect others negatively? Can what I’m posting be misunderstood? Is this something I should send privately rather than publically?  Would I say this in person?
